Love heals all, and so does yummy food, friendly faces, and help out of bed and of course help staying in bed! Our amazing friend Andy has finally received her much needed and long awaited hysterectomy surgery. We know she will heal up stronger than ever, especially since this is her 6th (and final!) operation over the last 15 years. Andreann's procedure took place earlier than expected on November 3rd at the Vancouver Women's Health Hospital. At 630 am, Carolyn handed her over to the fantastic nurses and doctors who did a great job fixing up our girl. She stayed in hospital for another 24 hours and is now in Vancouver at Payams moms, resting, eating hearty soups and regaining strength before she can head back up to the sea to sky. Knowing she has so many awesome friends that want to help (in all the ways!), here is a schedule we can use to all work together to help this girl and all her healing needs. This way we all know how and when we can contribute and where help might be lacking. Together we can give back the support she gives all of us. How you can help... Let us know when and how you can help in the calendar. As more people join the train, the calendar will become more flexible and can be updated as we all must sometimes go to work while still working together. And of course... nutrient rich healthy foods that avoid gluten and dairy are best.
