Help with Meals after Fiona's Surgery

ARLINGTON, MA

Story

Fiona is having surgery on the damaged ligament in her ankle on Tuesday, April 29. She's looking forward to being able to walk on it again, but the recovery is long and arduous. NO WEIGHT ON IT FOR 3 MONTHS!! Given all that Fiona and Ian have done for us all over the years, let's pitch in to get them through this. We'll start with meals and let you know what else is needed as they figure it out. Sign up for as many days as you can. The goal is to provide meals 3-4 days a week. You can cook, arrange take-out delivery, or send a gift card for food delivery. Whatever works for you. See the special notes for food preferences. Also, in the short run, they're not up for visitors. We'll let you know as soon as that changes. Recovery takes a lot of energy!

Special Notes

They like roasted chicken and salmon, roasted veggies, sushi, casseroles and soups. They prefer low spice levels. Please NO DAIRY and NO PEPPERS of any kind (black, green, red, yellow or orange). They can find things they enjoy in almost all the Arlington restaurants so take-out delivery is always a good option. You can deliver it yourself, provide a gift certificate to a particular restaurant or send a food delivery gift card.
