Welcome Baby Apollo!

Story

Hello friends and family, As many of you know, the Chapman family is excitingly awaiting the arrival of their new baby boy, due around December 9th. They could use our help with meals while they adjust to life with two little ones. I’ve setup a meal train (**dates on calendar will be entered once baby arrives**) that allows you to sign up for a date to deliver a meal (either by you personally, or sending/scheduling it to be delivered via GrubHub, UberEats, Doordash, etc.) or consider sending a gift card for their favorite takeout spot. If you're unable to help with the Meal Train, they would also appreciate anyone that can come play with the dogs for 30 min-1 hour/week. Thank you in advance for supporting the Chapman family with sending some comfort food or services for their soon to be “family of 4!”

Special Notes

1. Please provide meals for 2 adults and 1 toddler 2. Dietary needs/restrictions: Please no mushrooms, pork or spicy dishes! NOTE: Michael, however, does likes spicy food 3. Please provide meals that are easy to heat up and eat. An added plus, but not necessary, is if leftovers can be easily frozen. Think casseroles, stews, soups, or even takeout from a favorite restaurant. • Atticus is a big fan of breaded chicken, fish and of course any kind of pasta. • Michael and Amber enjoy pizza, pasta, sub sandwiches. Specific restaurants they enjoy are Torchy’s Tacos, Chick-Fil-A, Modern Market, Chicken Salad Chick, First Watch, Urban Egg, iHop • Desserts they all enjoy are: banana bread, cookies, and brownies. 4. Please use containers that don't need to be returned. 5. Contactless drop-off: • To allow the family to rest and bond, please plan to leave the meal on their porch, in the cooler, and send a text to Michael @ 719-650-7018 to let them know it's there. • The best time for drop-off is generally between 1:00 pm and 5:00 p.m.
