We’ve been traveling back and forth from Roanoke ICU every single day, and as much as we’ve tried to handle everything on our own, it’s getting harder. The gas, the food, the missed work — it’s all starting to add up. We never wanted to ask for help, but at this point we really need it. On top of her medical situation, we’re also trying to get answers about what happened. Wythe County has not taken any meaningful steps, and we’re now looking into hiring a private investigator so we can finally get the truth and some justice. That’s another expense we weren’t prepared for, but it’s becoming necessary. If anyone is able to help — even a few dollars — it would go directly toward travel back and forth to Roanoke ICU and toward hiring a private investigator.
