Keith Rang lived a life centered on family, friendship, and community. A devoted husband to Kristen and a proud father to Emma, Branden, and Timmy, Keith’s greatest joy was watching his children grow, succeed, and become remarkable young people. A lifelong friend to many, Keith had a way of making everyone feel welcome. His laugh was contagious, his loyalty was unwavering, and his presence could brighten any room. Whether cheering passionately for the Buffalo Bills, coaching young athletes in the Bayport Blue Point Youth Lacrosse program, or supporting wrestlers throughout the community, Keith gave his heart to everything he did. The wrestling community knew him as a strong supporter, always willing to lend a hand, offer encouragement, and celebrate the accomplishments of others. The lacrosse field, the wrestling mats, and the sidelines will never feel quite the same without him. Keith’s passing leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of those who loved him. Yet his legacy lives on through Kristen, Emma, Branden, and Timmy, and through the countless friends, athletes, coaches, and families whose lives he touched. Though his life was cut tragically short, the impact he made will endure forever. Keith was a wonderful husband, a loving father, an amazing friend, and a truly great man who will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
