As many of you know, my daughter, Baylee, and her fiancé, Jarred, welcomed their sweet baby boy, Lane, at just 30 weeks. He is still in the NICU, about an hour and fifteen minutes from home.💙 Our family has been overwhelmed by the love, prayers, and support surrounding us. Mom and Dad are balancing work, traveling back and forth to see Lane, delivering breast milk each day, and helping sweet Maisy adjust to a new routine while she waits to meet her baby brother. So many friends, family members, and coworkers have asked how they can help. First and foremost, we ask that you continue to pray for Lane’s strength and progress, for Mom and Dad’s strength and safety as they travel daily, and for peace, comfort, and understanding for sweet Maisy. Maisy was SO excited to become a big sister, and it has been heartbreaking for her not to be able to meet her baby brother yet. With her mom and dad having to be away from her more than usual, they have also made the decision to start Maisy in preschool.
