Our hearts are broken as we come together to support April after the unimaginable loss of her beloved son, Travis. During this time of deep grief, even the smallest daily tasks can feel overwhelming. We are organizing this meal train to help ease the burden of cooking and provide comfort through warm meals and the love of community. If you’re able, please consider signing up to bring a meal, send a gift card, or simply share a note of encouragement. Every act of kindness is a reminder that she is not alone. Let’s surround April and family with care, compassion, and support in the days ahead.
*Walnut allergy* April and her family are so grateful to all that have helped with their kind words, donations and food. At this time they are so overwhelmed with everything they haven’t even been able to eat. I am kindly asking if we can all maybe put a hold on the food drop off for the rest of this week. She doesn’t want any of us to feel like she is not grateful but she doesn’t want to waste the food we have all put time and effort into making and dropping off. I’m thinking we put a hold on dropping off food for the rest of this week and I will touch base with her Sunday and we can resume next week? Thank you to all so much for showing her just how much we all care and love her and her family.
