Steven’s Family Meals

As many of you know, our sweet friends have had an unexpected medical emergency. Their precious little girl was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Springfield and admitted to the PICU after her blood sugar and body temperature dropped to dangerously low levels. She is very lethargic, and the doctors are working hard to determine what is causing her condition. With an extended hospital stay ahead, we’d love to help lift some of the burden from this sweet family. Mom is staying at the hospital with both her daughter and her breastfeeding 6-month-old, while their 4-year-old is being cared for by Grandma and other family members at home. One of the greatest ways we can love on them right now is by helping provide meals. Whether that’s delivering a meal to the hospital, sending a restaurant gift card, helping feed the family caring for their 4-year-old, or making a donation through the meal train, every act of kindness makes a difference. If you’ve been wondering how you can help, this is a tangible way to bless them during an incredibly difficult time. Most importantly, please continue to keep their little girl in your prayers.
