After having a biopsy done July 8 on two masses were found during a mammogram , on July 16th momma was diagnosed with triple negative invasive ductal carcinoma. As of today August 4th she has officially started her first chemo treatment she has 11 more weekly appointments of this and then 12 weeks of a different drug given every 3 weeks. If you believe you could help her with a gas card that would help tremendously with driving to Jackson once or twice a week. Also if you want to send gift certificates for places to eat in Jackson Rocki Kay will be accompanying her and having this will also help feed her during this process. Momma has a long road ahead of her & it’s one we never imagined she’d have to walk. while we’re holding on tight to faith and hope, we know this journey is going to be incredibly tough. She’s already shown so much courage facing each appointment, each test, each difficult conversation. while we’re staying strong, this journey comes with many unexpected challenges emotionally, physically, and financially.
