In 2014, John Ponce made the decision to leave the workforce so he could dedicate his time to homeschooling their two boys. When Cindy was later diagnosed with cancer, he stepped fully into the role of caregiver, supporting her with love, patience, and strength every step of the way. Because of his devotion and care, Cindy was able to continue working and providing for their family throughout her battle.
