Hello my name is Stacy and I am in desperate need of help. I am a single mother of 2 and currently on disability due to major health issues, I have crohns disease, depression, anxiety, diabetes, COPD and scoliosis. I have been on disability for around 15 years now but before that I was a nurse. I also do Doordash when I can to make extra money cause my socal security disability doesn't pay enough for living expenses. About 4 years ago I had to get my abdominal wall meshed due to all the surgeries I have had for my crohns disease. I have had 7 surgeries alone just to remove parts of my intestine to where I no longer have any large intestine and have a illiostomy. Well recently I have been hospitalized multiple times and have had a surgery almost every 3 weeks due to my body is now rejecting the mesh and its detaching. I currently can not have all the mesh removed and replaced by new mesh because the surgeon said my body would just shut down all together, so they have been just going in and removing the detached and infected pieces a little at a time. I have been septic twice and have been hospitalized several times for infections and complications. Which hasn't helped my depression which now I am currently on 3 medications for that. They also have me seeing a pallative Dr. My son has been helping out with bills and everything and we were staying afloat but about 3 months ago his hours got cut due to his company had no jobs available. He started a new job recently but our bills are really behind and we have been struggling. We have almost lost home because of it which we are still a little behind on paying. But today I just had my vehicle repossessed which the loan company said they were going to work with me and I had set up payment arrangements with them but they repossessed it anyway. I have to come up with 2501.60 to get my vehicle back. I have been trying all day to try and come up with the money but was only able to come up with 500. We have tried getting loans but keep getting denied. I dont know what to do. We need our vehicle for all my doctor appts and some of them are an hour away. Plus my son uses the vehicle to get to and from work and I use it to do doordash when I can, so without my vehicle I dont know how we are going to do that. If anyone could possibly help, or point me in a direction to find help, it would be so greatly appreciated. I feel so horrible asking for help and been crying all day because of it.
