As many of you know, my dad has been in and out of the hospital over the past month due to an infection in his foot that he has been battling for 7 months. He has undergone two surgeries recently and is currently continuing treatment with IV antibiotics at home. With my mom working full time and caring for him, it has been challenging to balance everything and still have the energy to prepare dinner each night. We are so grateful for the love, prayers, and support from friends and family during this time.
