My father was taken advantage of and convinced to sell his older home on a land contract, however after he realized his property was worth more than half the value the buyer initially told him, the buyer then stopped making payments and abandoned the home. When we got into the home to assess the situation we noticed several thousands of dollars worth of damage to the home, garbage thrown outside instead of properly disposing of it, I moved in to help my father and we realized the property taxes were never paid. With the cost of repairs and bills I can't get them paid off in the time frame before court and foreclosure. Please help me save our family home
