Hi friends of Donna, this is Kory Lambert, mom's only wonderful son :). Mom had knee replacement surgery this Tuesday and is recovering from home. I have been with her through today but must return to Ohio due to overfull calendar for this month. Mom will continue to be cared for by our friend Genene but I wanted to take some stress off the recovery by hopefully getting support with some meals for Genene to easily prep for dinners. Mom and Dad don't eat much - usually the staple of poached eggs and english muffins for breakfast :) and then light snacking until dinner.
