We never imagined we’d be writing something like this, but 10/28/2025 we received news that turned our world upside down - Chelsea has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. Chelsea is undergoing lots of tests this week and getting her port to start immunotherapy and chemotherapy on Mon 11/10/25, which will last 5 months. After that, she will need surgery, and hormone suppression therapy. The next several months will be intense and demanding. We’re sharing this because we know we can’t do this alone. 💗 We have three amazing kids - Lelah (3 yo, DOB Dec 8), Remy (1 yo, DOB Dec 28), Cullen (5 months) - and our sweet dog, Ember. Sadly, Chelsea will need to stop breastfeeding Cullen before starting chemo, which is another emotional layer in this journey. We’re incredibly grateful for our wonderful au pair, who provides steady help with childcare, but we’ll still need extra hands and hearts to keep our home and family life running while Chelsea focuses on treatment and healing. Our goal is to keep life as normal as possible for our kids during this time. That means making sure the essentials are covered - meals, groceries, childcare, daily home tasks, and dog care. The day-to-day things may seem small, but together they mean everything to our family. With so much uncertainty ahead, we’re humbly asking for any support you’re able to give. We’re not too proud to accept help in any form — prepared meals, groceries, food delivery gift cards, babysitting, dog sitting, baby formula (Nutramigen), donations, or acts of service. Every gesture will have an impact and help keep our daily lives moving. If you want to offer regular help, or want to be reached out to later when we need a boost in help, please email [email protected] It’s also important to share that Jordan is the only one working right now and doesn’t have access to paid leave - so maintaining stability and covering essentials are our top priorities as we navigate this chapter. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love, messages, prayers, and kindness we’ve already felt. We’re taking this one day at a time, leaning on our community, and focusing on the strength and light around us. With love and gratitude, Chelsea & Jordan
