Mosie and Eric welcomed their beautiful son, Esben Rain Pedersen on August 11. They've since spent some time in the NICU as little Es gets his tiny, perfect feet underneath him. Let's see if we can get them through the end of September with meals! You can sign up to drop off a homemade meal, have a meal delivered to them or gift them a gift card for a meal! You can make a purchase of a gift card through this site or you can text Mosie/Eric the gift card directly -- either way, please ensure that you sign up for the date so Mosie and Eric will know what days they have dinner covered.
