Jessica is a 32 yeat old mom to a beautiful 7 1/2 year old. For those that dont know her story in 2022 Jess was pregnant with a handsome baby boy named Hunter. She was told at 10 weeks in her pregnancy to end the pregnancy or she would end up in kidney failure most likely dying. Jess refused to end the pregnancy trusting that God would see her through this battle as he has so many other battles. At 23 weeks the Dr's delivered Hunter by emergency csection in hopes of saving Jess's life. Sadly Hunter passed away at just under an hour old. Jess survived but was diagnosed with Kidney Failure the following year (she knew it was coming as her kidneys had already began shutting down.) November 2022 Jess started dialysis and has been doing it herself at home since 3 months later. Her health has been a struggle the past almost 3 years, but she got the call shes been waiting on! She is getting a kidney and pancreas transplant! And meals donated for her family to help them out while her moms cares for Jess's daughter while shes in the hospital, then cares for Jess and her daughter when she comes home would be appreciated. And monetary donations, or visa cards will be used towards medical costs, and gas for travel to and from the hospital. Jess will have to travel to the hospital an hour away 3 days a week for 2 months after her transplant surgery.
