Live, Laugh, Limited Mobility šŸ’–ā™æļø

Story

Just a girl trying to go see Practical Magic 2 with her friends… and somehow ending up needing surgery instead. 🄲 On my way out the door, I rolled my right ankle coming down the stairs. When I tried to catch myself with my other foot, it landed right on the edge of the step and folded underneath me. The result was a broken and dislocated ankle/leg, along with a torn ligament on the inside of my ankle—turning one missed step into surgery and an estimated 6–8 weeks of recovery. So, I’m officially entering my ✨ Live, Laugh, Limited Mobility ✨ era. Many of our friends and family have asked how they can help, and this Meal Train is one easy way to make life a little easier while I heal. Anything is incredibly appreciated, but never expected. ā¤ļø Food not your thing? We also have two very loving dogs who are going to need some extra attention and playtime while I’m out of commission! Zeus & Hades would love visitors willing to take them for a walk or come play with them in our fenced-in yard. 🐶 Here’s to successful surgery, good food, a kick-ass support system, and eventually making it to Practical Magic 2. šŸ˜‚

Special Notes

You all know I love food, so I promise I’m pretty easy to make happy. šŸ˜‚ā¤ļø The only things to keep in mind are that I’m gluten-free, raw celery makes me itchy, almonds give me migraines, and—as much as I love cheese—I have to keep dairy to smaller amounts in a dish. Please don’t feel like you have to cook, either! Homemade food, takeout, snacks, or gift cards are all equally loved and appreciated. Truly, anything that helps keep us fed while I’m laid up recovering means so much to us! ā¤ļø
