Our friend, Reagan, lost her wonderful husband, Rich, this year. Rich was the sole provider and caretaker for Reagan. She could really use our help and companionship. If you want to read more about Rich and the legacy he has left behind, his obituary and a wonderful article are linked below. https://greenecountynewsonline.com/2025/06/10/richard-osborne-iii-1975-2025/?fbclid=IwY2xjawL3taxleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHkvI2mwu3AI-W9foU8ZRcwmFTV0lo9OCtvKjAFUGiOQHwFCeYk9xFLitO5wf_aem_iC-BcgiCwjLSgqMfSHCm2A https://chuckoffenburger.substack.com/p/jefferson-loses-a-change-agent?r=35s0m&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=email&fbclid=IwY2xjawL3tVFleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHjyVQSOTTQtQ6T-i_g-E3BhVNbPi9Wgg9RZdTotf3Nvl_2XzBtdOR8g6Qe_G_aem_3DW-7j5G375z1-6bQA470Q&triedRedirect=true
Reagan is pescatarian, extremely low dairy, and low fat. She avoids onions and “bulky, non-fiber foods” like lots of pasta. Butter is acceptable sparingly. She likes hot spicy things and ethnic flavors, along with milder foods. Please keep garlic use to a minimum! She has to pack a lot of nutrients into fairly small portions for health reasons. Thank You!
