Hello y'all, my name is Jerri Agar I'm 52 years young. I was told at the emergency room on December 31st,2024 that I had lung cancer, on the 6th of January It was Stage 4 lung cancer in both lungs and one lymph node. I'm still terrified but chemotherapy and immunotherapy are helping thank God, Amen. I have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. I am an avid animal lover. The reason I'm coming here today to share my story is to request help with transportation(gas) and help with food and personal necessities. I am on disability and that doesn't go very far when I only have around $40 left each month after all my bills. I started out weighing 115 lbs 3 years ago and now I'm at 74.6 lbs. Major drop. I would appreciate it very much if anyone could help in any way whatsoever to help me be able to buy the protein I need to help me gain weight as I only get $94 per month in food stamps from the state. My insurance is covering my appointments and medications. If you can find it in your heart to please give anything, even $1 every penny helps me to reach my $2000 goal.
