As you all know, I found out about 12 years ago that I had Polycystic Kidney disease.. I have been listed waiting for a new kidney 2 years! I have overall been healthy but I have now reached the point where I had to start dialysis. Thankfully everything is falling in place and I will be getting a kidney soon. A lot of family and friends have asked what they can do to help and we thought this would be a easy way to help out for my time out of work during recover and just keep in touch!
