Story

Please join our team, Fight Like Lynette. If you know Lynette, you know she's a fighter (literally) lol. You know that she is strong-willed, determined, and never afraid to stand her ground. Well, beneath that feisty spirit is a woman with a huge heart who deeply cares for those around her. Recently, Lynette was diagnosed with Stage II breast cancer. While this news has been difficult, it has not shaken her determination. From the very beginning, she has taken a proactive approach to her health and treatment, exploring every avenue available to support her healing journey. True to her nature, Lynette is meeting this challenge with courage, resilience, and strength. At the end of this month, Lynette is scheduled to undergo surgery. During her recovery, her 19-year-old daughter, Daisy, will be by her side, helping care for her and providing support every step of the way. Daisy will remain home with her mom until she leaves for Springfield Tech on August 28 to begin an exciting new chapter of her own. As Lynette focuses on healing and Daisy helps navigate the responsibilities that come with caring for a loved one, we'd like to ease some of the financial and day-to-day burdens they may face. Any donation, meal, gift card, prayer, or act of kindness is deeply appreciated and will help support both Lynette and Daisy during this challenging season. Thank you for joining us in surrounding Lynette with love, encouragement, and support. Together, we can help remind her that she is not fighting this battle alone. I will continue to update her journey on this page.
