Hi everyone, Thanks for visiting this page and taking the time to check in on us. As many of you already know, Brian was recently diagnosed with advanced colorectal cancer. It came as a shock — discovered only when he went in for a routine surgery this spring — and life since then has been moving fast and shifting underneath us. While Brian begins treatment, everything else keeps moving, too. Our family life is full: we have two young boys (including a new baby who arrived earlier than expected), and until recently, Brian was the full-time caregiver at home. With his health now the priority, we’ve had to shift how we manage daily life, parenting, recovery, and everything in between. This space is meant to be a central place where we can: • Share updates about Brian’s treatment and how we’re doing as a family • Coordinate help with things like meals, kid-wrangling, visits, or financial support • Stay connected with our people, near and far, who keep asking what they can do I’ll be doing most of the posting for now, but Brian may jump in here and there if he’s up for it. We’re deeply grateful for the love and support so many of you have already shown us. We feel it. And it helps — more than we can say. With love, Christina (for Brian, and the boys too)
