Hello, my name is Scarleth, and I’m a single mother to a bright, beautiful 11-year-old girl who is my whole world and her name is Nicole. Every day, I fight to be here for her — to see her grow up, to cheer her on at every milestone, and to give her the love and stability she deserves. Its only us two, we only have each other. But I am battling a serious illness called Wegener’s Vasculitis — a rare autoimmune disease that attacks my blood vessels and leaves me fighting constant fatigue, pain, and dangerous complications on my bone, lungs, upper respiratory system, kidneys, etc. Managing this illness requires ongoing medical care and treatments that are financially overwhelming.
