Dad is finally set to discharge on Friday, May 2—he is antsy, and so are we! We're currently working to ensure the environment and support available is optimal to ensure a safe and comfortable transition back home. The rehab team does presume that some physical assistance will be required in the short term, so at the request of the discharge coordinator, we're wrangling the troops.
