Laurence has been living with cancer for the past 10 years, and has faced numerous surgeries, treatments, and alternative therapies. Her recent surgery involved the removal of her lung. The surgery was successful, and now Laurence is recovering at home and getting stronger every day with the support of her family and community. Even while Laurence is in recovery, her, Malyka's, and Tallulah's commitment to SSBM never ends! As this family has continued to nurture the hearts and minds of our children and the Alameda community, let's nourish them during this difficult time.
Delivery Address: 2515 Eagle Avenue, Alameda Meals can be delivered between 1pm-3pm, or after 5:30pm.* *Please note, sign up only gives the option of drop off at 5:30pm - but meals can also be dropped off between 1-3pm. At this time, healthy (home cooked or delivery) meals are greatly appreciated, such as: - vegetables, a protein, a simple carbohydrate including rice or potatoes.
