Christine’s daughter, Maddie is having a kidney transplant today September 9th. On top of this, her husband Matt is home recovering from his kidney donation from a few weeks ago.
Diet restrictions are much like a pregnant woman - all meat lean and cooked well done - including eggs, no fresh/raw produce, loves roasted veggies, doesn’t like cheese.
