In the wake of the heartbreaking loss of Josh Addison, our community is coming together to support the people who loved him most by providing meals during this incredibly difficult time. Josh was a loving son, devoted father, cherished brother, loyal friend, and a kind, creative soul who made everyone around him feel seen and valued. He opened his heart and his home to people and animals alike, always ready to help someone in need. His generosity, compassion, and love for others touched countless lives, and his absence leaves an immeasurable void. As Josh's family grieves this unimaginable loss, we hope to ease at least one daily burden by ensuring they have nourishing meals waiting for them. This Meal Train will support two households: Ann's household: Meals for 2 people Tyler's household: Meals for 4 people This tragedy carries an especially profound weight for their family. Josh is the third child Ann has had to lay to rest, and the third sibling Tyler has heartbreakingly lost. During this time of overwhelming grief, simple acts of kindness—like providing a meal—can offer comfort and allow them to focus on healing, spending time together, and navigating the difficult days ahead. Whether you prepare a homemade meal, send takeout, arrange a grocery delivery, or contribute in another way, every act of generosity reminds this family that they are surrounded by love and supported by a community that cares deeply. Thank you for honoring Josh's memory by caring for those he loved most. Your kindness, compassion, and support mean more than words can express. A Note from Valerie & her daughter: Valerie and Josh's beautiful daughter have graciously shared that, while they are heartbroken by this unimaginable loss, they are doing okay and would prefer that any meal support be directed first to Ann's and Tyler's households. Valerie has expressed that her greatest wish right now is to make sure Josh's mom and brother are surrounded with as much love, care, and support as possible as they navigate this devastating loss. While she continues to hold strong for her daughter, she hopes our community can wrap Ann and Tyler in every kindness we can offer during this incredibly difficult time.
