Hi! The recovery journey officially begins on September 28, when I have a bilateral mastectomy with sentinel node biopsy, and possibly simultaneous reconstruction (TBD). Mastectomy recovery takes a solid 6 weeks, at which time I will begin my oncological treatment. Thank you for being invested in my journey, and helping support me and my family.
