Robin's Hardware Upgrade

Canton, NC

Story

🚨 **Knee Hardware Upgrade Incoming** 🚨 On Tuesday, March 10th, Robin is heading in for knee replacement surgery — and we’re all looking forward to her coming back with improved joint performance and fewer creaks. ✨ She’ll be out of work for approximately 6–12 weeks while she focuses on recovery and PT. To help make life a little easier at home (there are 3 people in the household), we’re organizing a meal train so dinner is one less thing to worry about. Even one meal makes a big difference, and we know she’ll appreciate the support from her clinic crew. 💛 --- 🔧 Helpful Tips for Supporting Our New Bionic Robin: * Please use disposable containers — the new knee is advanced, but it doesn’t include a dish-return feature. * Label meals with reheating instructions — the surgery improves mobility, not telepathy. * Freezer-friendly meals are always appreciated. * Protein is great fuel for healing and PT. * Gift cards are absolutely welcome for flexible “I don’t feel like cooking” days. Thanks, everyone, for helping take care of Robin while she’s out. We’ll have her back on her feet (literally) before we know it!
