I was diagnosed with cancer in August 2025 and will be doing chemo and radiation treatment from November through next spring. Many people have generously asked how they can help support me. Pi came up with the idea to use this platform for communicating my needs. Thank you to everyone who has reached out with your offers to help. As a single person with no family close by it has meant more than I can say.
I’m not sure yet what help I’ll need with, so it will change over time. I might need rides starting in January to treatment. I will need help maintaining my house. Light things like taking our garbage, dishes, changing the cat litter box. For food, I’d love homemade soups of any kind. They are easy to heat up and feel comforting.
