My son Matthew and his wife Courtney welcomed their baby on January 5. He was born prematurely but is doing well. They spent over a week in the hospital and are now home adjusting to life with a newborn. Matthew is also dealing with a fractured foot and multiple torn ligaments and is awaiting surgery in the near future, which makes everyday tasks more challenging right now.
