Hello everyone My name is Ramy. I am a student, and I live with my mom. We live in a tough situation, her salary can barely cover rent and food. I work part-time after school to help her cover the other bills. We have been struggling for years to buy a car, but our financial situation did not helped us with that. My father abandoned my mother and me when I was 4 years old to go marry another woman. In the last 20 years, he has not cared or asked If we were okay or not. Meanwhile, he has a lovely family with two kids. The last time I went to him to confront him and ask for my rights, he did not even let me in; he kicked me out in front of his kids without any hesitation, like a complete stranger. My mother's side of the family left us alone in tough times, and the same goes for my father's side of the family. Which made us feel like complete strangers in this world, not belonging to anybody. Thanks to strangers' help throughout tough times, otherwise we would be left in the street. The problem in buying a car is the high prices compared to the car's value and the low personal income. Saving does not work as it did 10 years ago. Now we even struggle to cover the basics, like food and rent; other stuff, like buying a new clothing item, has become a luxurious thing to do nowadays. The only family I have is my mother, and my goal is to help her and take some of the pressure off her back. A car would make life so much easier for both of us, and in addition to that, it can generate a source of income for us. That is why having a car would solve many issues. At the top of these issues is transportation to university and work would become easier, because my university is quite a bit far from our home. Add to that having a car would help me work with ridesharing apps so that I can generate a proper income to help my mother. Being left out and having nobody except for my mom, in this tough dark world that doesn't care about the weak and the poor is what made me come here and ask for your help.
