Our dear Sophie is preparing to welcome a whole new little human into her world, and it's been such a joy to witness the love, thoughtfulness, and courage she's brought to this journey. We couldn't be more proud of her or more excited to meet this baby! As Sophie and her little one settle into their new rhythm together, we want to surround them with warmth, nourishment, and care. Those early days are for resting, healing, snuggling, and getting to know one another—not worrying about what's for dinner! This meal train is one small way we can come together, share a little love, and help make this transition a bit gentler, and we're so grateful to be part of the community surrounding them.
