Loving Kindness for Caeliah and her crew

Modesto, CA

Story

After bringing my baby into this world, everything in me feels shaken into a new shape — my heart, my body, my spirit, all learning how to breathe again in this changed landscape. These days are beautiful, but they’re heavy too, and healing is loud when you’ve got other little ones still tugging at your sleeves, needing snacks, comfort, and the steady love they’ve always known. I started this page because I can’t shoulder all of it right now. My body is recovering, my newborn rarely leaves my arms, and the older kids still need their mama at full brightness. Cooking is the first thing to fall through the cracks — and warm meals are the kind of help that hits right where it’s needed most. Food gives us space. It lets me heal, bond, and hold all my babies without burning myself out. What helps most? Simple, nourishing meals. Nothing fancy — just dishes I can warm up while balancing a newborn and guiding the others through their own big feelings about this new chapter. Every meal you bring is a breath of relief, a little more calm, a reminder that we’re not doing this alone. If you’re here, thank you. Your support lifts our whole household.

Special Notes

Please keep meals simple and kid-friendly. No seafood, nothing too spicy, and no mushrooms. We’re a busy crew with little ones, so porch drop-offs are best. Text before coming by. Thank you for helping keep our home calm and fed during this wild, beautiful season.
