Mike Roark had open heart surgery on May 1st (yes… open heart 😳), and he’s now home recovering—slowly but surely. For the next few weeks, he’s under strict “no driving, take it easy and don’t overdo it” orders, which basically means he needs 24/7 support. Also important to know: Mike does not cook. And honestly… neither do I (his daughter Michelle), so here we are 😅 We could really use some help with meals to get him through the next three weeks. Nothing fancy—just something nourishing and ready to go would be amazing. Also, my dad is already getting a little stir crazy and actually likes people and talking (I know, shocking), so visits and phone calls are very welcome. If you’ve got time to stop by, hang out or even stay overnight, it would mean a lot and help break up the long days.
