I've had heavy monthly cycles most of my life. Birth control helped for a time, but lately it hasn't worked. Due to fibroids and other issues I'm scheduled for a hysterectomy July 21st. I won't be able to lift or do much so anything gifted is appreciated. Estimated recovery time is 6-8 weeks.
I'm diabetic so I eat limited carbs, whole grain, lots of veggies, and lean protein. I avoid milk but will eat cheese, yogurt. My choice for alternative milk is almond, coconut, oat, or hemp.
