For the last couple of years Audra has been the primary care taker for her family after Junior had a devastating stroke that left him handicapped. Yesterday morning Audra fell off a ladder while power washing the house. She dragged herself from the back of her house to the front and thankfully we heard her screams. She was rushed to the hospital and has already had one surgery. This will not be her only surgery. Her break was so bad it came out of the back of her leg and she is missing a lot of bone. The doctors were able to clean it and straighten it but as of now she will have a external fixation device. When the swelling goes down they will try to go back into surgery and see if they can repair the bone. Please pray they are able to do this and no infections come up. Audra does have Crohn's disease which the doctors have said makes it harder to fight infections. In the meantime, Junior still needs 24/7 care. Chris still needs care. There is still so much to do and her mom Karen has jumped in and will do everything she can. I want to help Karen, and the family even if its just not worry about dinner. This is going to be a very long road ahead for all of them! I know the last thing she wants is other people doing it but let's show this family that we all love them, support them and let's wrap are arms around them and help where we can! I totally understand if your not in a place to help please share and keep this family in your prayers! Thank you!
