You know the old saying "it takes a village to raise a child"? Well right now it is our turn to be the village for Tyler and Cabrielle. They are currently navigating an incredibly difficult time that involves one of their children experiencing a mental health crisis that requires constant supervision. As a result, managing the day-to-day needs of their family—including meals, transportation, and basic household tasks—has become overwhelming. They are a family of nine with a total of 7 still at home: two adults and five children, including some with special needs and very specific dietary restrictions. The Rudisill's have been there for all of us, so let's be there for them! :) They would greatly appreciate help with: - Meals (home-cooked, delivered, ordered, or restaurant gift cards) - Housework and light cleaning - Yard work, including mowing - Driving their kids to and from activities - Monthly medication pickups When providing meals, please keep in mind that dietary accommodations are crucial. If you're unsure about ingredients or restrictions, feel free to reach out before delivering. Consider providing one main meal and then some safe foods on the side as well. Every gesture—big or small—reminds this family they are not alone. Thank you for showing up for them in this season of life.
Here are a few notes for when providing meals. Try to stay away from vegetables mixed in with other items. Contact before delivery so there is time to prepare the family and the pets. Some safe foods are -Tostito's multigrain scoops -cinnamon toast crunch -grilled cheese -banana -2% milk -Mcdonalds chicken nuggets and fries -aldi brand chicken fries, pepperoni, and shells and cheese -pepperoni pizza -pb & grape jelly -doritos -apples -apple juice Gift cards for food delivery services are also welcome
