As many of you know, I’ve been living with long COVID since the end of 2021, along with related conditions like ME/CFS, POTS, and INOCA coronary artery disease. These shape my daily life in ways that aren’t always visible, and right now I’m facing another chapter of recovery. In early September, I’ll be having an invasive heart catheterization. It’s not something I’ve shared publicly until now, but it’s a big part of why I need support. Recovery from a procedure like this, on top of the chronic stuff I already manage, means I won’t have the energy to keep up with normal day-to-day things. That’s where this list comes in. I’ve pulled together some concrete ways folks can help me and Louie: dropping off food, scooping the litter box, running a quick errand, or just hanging out quietly if I’m up for company. Thanks for showing up for me 💗
