Hello I'm a 37 year old single mom who recently had spinal surgery and is unable to work I have type 1 diabetes and also have high blood pressure. Right now I have no funds to pay for my medicine me and my 9 year old daughter is slowly running out of food I have rent and utilities that will be disconnected soon. My family can only do so much for us. If you can help in any way that would be a blessing to the both of us
