Adam was diagnosed with leukemia today. We don’t know the exact type yet as they are still running tests. Our day started out completely normal and now we are here  
His WBC is 550,000 and climbing and his platelets are non existent so he’s being moved to PICU. 
We are in shock as we just thought he had a virus or some kidney stones. I can’t begin to process. 
We just met with the oncologist and he has an amazing bedside manner so that helps ease me some. Besides that I don’t like being on this side of things and we all are in shock
