As some of you know I will be having a two-level anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) at C5-6 and C6-7 on Thursday August 13th.I will spend one night at Hershey Medical center.I will be unable to lift, twist,turn bend among other things.I had a few people ask so instead of trying to remember I thought I would try and see if this works out.Even if you choose not to send a meal prayers for recovery are greatly appreciated.
