Hello. My name is Alexis, I have created this page for support for our family while we go through our journey with our newest addition to our family. We had Benjamin on 02/25/2025. He was born with bilateral cleft lip and palate. He will undergo 3 surgeries before he turns one year old. His first surgery is scheduled for May 12th, 2025. It will be for a premaxillary setback. I have exhausted my paid leave from work, however I will be taking a couple of weeks off of work to care for Benjamin. Dad unfortunately is unable to take so much time off, but will be with us 3 days at least until he has to go back to work. Nació con labio y paladar hendido bilateral. Será sometido a tres cirugías antes de cumplir un año. Su primera cirugía está programada para el 12 de mayo de 2025 por un retroceso premaxilar. Ya agoté mi licencia pagada, pero me tomaré un par de semanas libres para cuidar de Benjamin. Lamentablemente, papá no puede tomarse tanto tiempo libre, pero estará con nosotros al menos tres días hasta que tenga que volver al trabajo.
