Heart n Home Hospice Just a couple of weeks ago my grandmother , Leila Daguio who we all affectionately refer to as "Nanny" came home for hospice. We are all incredibly grateful for the gift of holding her hand through this journey. My Aunty Malia and her family have taken on the righteous responsibility of being Nanny's nurses and companions. I've set up this page for anyone who wishes to to support them in this overwhelming time. Anything you can do is greatly appreciated. For safety reasons, homecooked meals are respectfully declined ❤
