If you know Kimberly, you know that her heart has no limits. As a devoted mother, a widow, and the primary caregiver for her mother who lives with her, Kimberly is the steady anchor for her family and community. Now, Kimberly needs us to show up for her. Kimberly recently underwent Achilles tendon surgery, which means she is completely non-weight-bearing and facing a long, challenging recovery. For someone who is used to being on her feet from dawn until dusk looking after everyone else, being forced to slow down is a massive adjustment—and managing daily household duties while caring for her mom is going to be exceptionally tough over the next several weeks.
