Friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers— I'm reaching out to ask for your support for someone truly remarkable. Christina McGill is a dedicated nurse and case manager at PCM who gives her all every single day to care for her patients. She’s the kind of person who shows up with strength, kindness and compassion, even when the odds are stacked against her. Christina also continues to suffer from residual and ongoing effects from her own cancer treatment and has continued to work through it all with grace and resilience. Tragically, she had a house fire over Mother’s Day weekend. She is now living in a hotel, trying to rebuild her life while still showing up for her patients and fighting her own health battle. As you can imagine, the financial and emotional strain is overwhelming. Through all of this, Christina continues to do what she does best: care for others. Now, it’s our turn to care for her. I’ve set up a fundraising account to help cover her unexpected expenses and provide some relief during this incredibly difficult time.
