Support the Hubbard family after their barn fire

Story

On January 18, 2026, the Hubbard family of Litchfield experienced an unimaginable loss when a devastating barn fire took everything in a matter of moments. The barn, the animals they lovingly cared for, and the routines of daily life they had built around them were gone before they could be saved. Anyone who knows a farming family understands that a barn is never “just a building.” It is early mornings and late nights, quiet moments of care, and deep bonds with animals who are part of the family. Losing all of that at once leaves not only physical devastation, but an emotional one that words can’t fully capture. Right now, the Hubbards are facing shock, grief, and the overwhelming task of figuring out what comes next. While we can’t undo what happened, we can surround them with care in one of the most tangible ways possible: making sure they don’t have to worry about meals while they begin to process and rebuild. This meal train is a small way to say, you are not alone. Each meal is a reminder that your community is standing with you, thinking of you, and holding you up during this incredibly painful time. Thank you for helping lift some of the weight from the Hubbard family as they navigate the days ahead.

Special Notes

They have 4 in their family including a 4 month old.
