Thank you for supporting the Manning family as they welcome their newest addition to the family. John and Kaitlyn are new parents and will appreciate any help you can offer. They are likely sleep deprived, sorting out how to get spit up off of every surface, and knee deep in diapers. Please use the sign up sheet for meal drop offs or drop a text to show you’re thinking of them. The Mannings will be holding off on visitors in the immediate future—but don’t fret! They will surely be itching to show off their bundle of joy in no time.
Dietary restrictions: a few foods can cause flare ups for John, so please avoid (carb/dairy heavy, chickpeas, etc.) Visiting: John and Kaitlyn have their hands full right now, so no drop-bys please. It would be best to send a text to check in rather than calling (who knows who may be catching some much needed shuteye).
