Mike (Dick) Vitali, a dear father, husband, son, sibling, friend, and colleague, unexpectedly passed away on November 2, 2021 at age 49. This page allows Tracy and the kids to share news and updates with all of their loved ones of the upcoming celebrations to honor Mike's life. Mike was a 25-year Navy veteran, and he touched many lives from Hawaii, California, Florida, Virginia, and of course his beloved Cleveland. Everywhere Mike settled, he and his family changed the social landscape of the area and brought the community closer together. Mike was a devoted husband to the love of his life, Tracy, and loving father to his children Gabby, Bella, and Michael. His impact on the lives of everyone he knew cannot be overstated and will continue on forever in his children. We love you and will miss you, Mike. Services: Visitation at Cunningham & Turch funeral home (811 Cameron St, Alexandria, VA) on Tuesday, 11/9 from 2-4pm and 5-7pm. Funeral at Aldersgate Church (1301 Collingwood Rd, Alexandria, VA) on Wednesday, 11/10 at 11am. Post Funeral Reception on 11/10: Please join the Vitali family at a reception held directly after the funeral on Wednesday at the home of Bill and Beth Hamilton. Food and refreshments will be served as we celebrate the life of Mike Vitali. The Hamiltons live directly behind the church. If you plan to attend the reception we encourage you to park towards the back left side of the parking lot and leave your car parked there for the reception. After the service there will be people instructing you where to walk. It is a 1-2 minute walk from the church to the house.
